Booking and Cancellation Policy

For group bookings and bookings during peak periods:

We take a 50% deposit on booking or we don't hold it. If you cancel 30 days or less before a peak or shoulder booking you loose the full deposit, regardless of reason. It is 7 days before an off peak booking. We will consider a part refund if we rebook the cancelled booking in full, less an admin fee. Also we work in strict fixed date bookings for peak times, 2 night minimum or long weekend minimums. We are not negotiable on the dates for those times. all guests must pay their balance on arrival, even if its a day late and there is no refund if you leave early.

Full payment paid into our nominated account or by cheque, two weeks (fourteen days) prior to your arrival date; Account details available on booking confirmation.
