Dorothy has spent 30 years in Hospitality and the last 18 years working as a Catering & Accomodation Manager for a Public Boarding School in NSW with 26 staff under her wing, Chefs,Kitchenhands,Storemen,Waitress's and Cleaners all responsible for 320 Boarders who live on site 7 days a week through school terms. You could say Hospitality is in my blood and I also have just finished my Business Dipolma in Adminstration Mangement

About Matthew Russell
Matt has worked for Australia Post for 25 years but is also a wood turner and worked for Post and Rail Furniture , Matt loves working with wood and is looking forward to making the park better. He is currently renovating all the vans in the park to bring them back to life again and loving the challenge.
We have two sons Joshua and Jacob who are yet to decide his career choice and of course Dorothy's Dad Tom who is 93 and still going strong
Of course we all have the typical Aussie nicknames Dee= Dorothy, Matt=Matthew ,Joshua=Josh, Jacob= Jake, Thomas= Pop or Tom
